    We know that for a lot of coffee shops, getting through this period of lockdown will be incredibly difficult – but we want to give you all the support we can to make that possible, that’s why we’ve launched the In It Together Fund.

Terms & conditions

  1. Allegra Strategies Consulting & Research Limited (8479072) whose registered address is at: 106 Arlington Road, London NW1 7HP (“Fund Operator”) is managing the operation of the “In it together” fund (hereinafter “the Initiative”). To apply for a donation, applicants must complete the application form in full.
  2. This fund is only available to businesses for whom the principle trade is the serving of coffee. Any donation granted in the context of the Initiative can solely be invested in the support of the eligible business, its owners or employees. Any usage for purposes not related to the business for which the application has been filed is strictly prohibited. To the extent legally possible, the Fund Operator can perform either itself or in cooperation with a third party, all checks it regards necessary to verify the compliance with the terms and conditions of the Initiative. Non-compliance will result in the exclusion of the participant from the donation or in a claim to reimburse the donation.
  3. This fund is not available to any business which has more than 5 operating sites.
  4. This fund is only available for businesses which are registered and operate in the UK.
  5. The fund will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to eligible applicants. The Fund Operator’s members of personnel and of agencies involved are excluded from participation.
  6. Successful applicants will be eligible for a one-time payment of £2,500. Multiple applications by the same business (including any business which is linked with the same owner) will be not be eligible.
  7. The applicant is responsible for providing payment details within 48 hours of notification of a successful application. If payment details are not provided within that timeframe, the donation will be reallocated to another applicant. The fund operator will not be held responsible if incorrect payment details are provided. Payments will only be made to business bank accounts. 
  8. Fund allocation is at the sole discretion of the Fund Operator and does not need to be motivated. Allocation of funds is at a first come first service basis provided that (i) applicant fulfills eligibility requirements as assessed and decided by Fund Operator and (2) that there are sufficient monies in the fund.
  9. The fund operator has the right to close the fund at any point.
  10. These Terms and Conditions and the interpretation thereof are subject to the laws of England and Wales and any possible conflict shall be settled exclusively before the courts where the Fund Operator has it registered seat.
